NCR Spoke Sisters Cycling Club

National Capital Region (NCR) Spoke Sisters is a not-for-profit, volunteer-run organization affiliated with Ontario Cycling (OC).

Our mission is to promote and encourage cycling as a healthy lifestyle and to support women in the Ottawa-Carleton region in the sport of cycling.
