Transaction costs
The subscription fee covers the platform. For payments made by your members via Cyql, such as memberships and tickets, we charge a 4% transaction fee on the collected amount (with a minimum of €0.50 per transaction). The costs of the payment service are added on top of this. Clubs that do not collect payments via Cyql only pay the subscription fee.
