How to Start a Club on Cyql?

Setting up a club on Cyql is quick and easy. Follow these five simple steps to get started:

1. Create an Account

The first step is to create a Cyql account. Install the Cyql app or open the Cyql club dashboard in your browser and register with your email and password. Once registered, you’ll have immediate access to the platform and can begin setting up your club.

2. Configure Your Club

Once your account and club are created, you can begin configuring your club. While the app offers limited options, we recommend using the club dashboard for setup. Under the “Settings” menu, you can enter your club’s details, adjust advanced settings such as club colors, logos, membership type (open or closed), ranking system, and ride preferences. You can also control the club’s visibility by enabling it on the Discover map, which can help attract new members.

3. Invite Members

After setting up club preferences, it’s time to invite club members. You can add members manually, import them via .csv, or send invitations via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. Once invited, members can join the club using a QR code or activation code and immediately start participating in rides and events.

4. Plan Rides

With your club set up and members invited, you can start planning rides. Cyql makes it easy to organize and share rides. Under the “Rides” menu, you can add a new ride, specify ride type (road, gravel, MTB, etc.), set the start time and location, define the route, and include estimated distance and speed. Thanks to GPX integration, you can import routes, ensuring all participants have access to the correct ride details.
