Can I try Cyql for free with my club or group?

Yes, you can use Cyql at no cost. We have a free subscription that gives you access to the essential features of Cyql. This subscription is perfect for recreational cycling groups and small clubs.

Can I customize the app layout to match my club colors?

Yes, it is possible to customize the layout of the app to your club. In the dashboard for administrators, two club colors and the club logo can be entered so that the app matches your club’s corporate identity.

Can I add additional administrators to a club?

Yes, you can add additional administrators to a club. An administrator can designate other users as “administrator” through the dashboard. In this way, management of the Cyql environment within a cycling club can be divided among multiple administrators.

Can I access the club's dashboard as a non-administrator?

Yes, you can access the club’s dashboard as a non-administrator. Members can also be assigned rights that allow them to use the dashboard but not be a club administrator. This is reserved only for the club administrator(s) to change permissions per member in the dashboard.

Can I schedule club rides for the entire season?

Yes, you can schedule club rides for the entire season. It is possible to schedule weekly or monthly trips through the dashboard if they occur on the same day and time.

Can I designate a ride leader in the app?

Yes, you can designate a ride leader in the app. When a member is assigned as a ride leader through the dashboard, they can be shown on a ride.

Can I import GPX files from another app into Cyql?

Yes, you can import GPX files from another app in to Cyql. It is possible to open .GPX files in Cyql from any app (e.g. Komoot) or website where .GPX files can be shared or downloaded, and create a ride directly from them.

Can I add information to a ride?

Yes, it is possible to add information to a ride. When creating a ride, it is possible to include the following specifications: bike part, date and departure time, start location, average speed, distance of the ride and whether a stop is planned. The manager of the ride can enter an additional description of the ride in a text field. It is also possible to add GPX files.

Can I adjust the group size for each ride?

Yes! It is possible to set a recommended group size for each ride. The moment more participants want to join, a notification is shown in the app so the group can decide what to do with it.
