Each split has its own ride leader and participant list, ensuring groups remain manageable while everyone enjoys a group ride. That's what we call advanced ride planning.

Save time by scheduling recurring rides
Set rides to repeat automatically: daily, weekly, monthly, or custom intervals. Perfect for regular club rides that should appear on the calendar without the need to recreate them each time.

An overview of rides with your club calendar
Organize and manage your cycling club or cycling group's bike rides with our advanced scheduling calendar and provide a clear rides overview for all your members. The calendar can also be synced with your personal calendars.

Assign permissions so only authorized members can create, edit, or cancel rides. Define roles such as ride leader, admin, or event organizer to ensure changes are made by the right people at the right time.

Can I set a recurring ride without manually creating it each week?
Absolutely. Use the “Repeat Ride” option to automatically place your event on the calendar at your chosen interval.
How does calendar sync work?
Members can subscribe to a live calendar feed that updates automatically whenever rides are added, edited, or canceled in Cyql.
Who can edit rides once they’re created?
Rights management allows you to choose who can create, edit, or delete rides, giving you full control over event changes. Also you can assign ride leads / trainers to a specific ride.
How do queues and waiting lists work?
Once a ride reaches its set capacity, new sign-ups go into a queue. If a spot opens, the first in line is notified and can confirm participation.
Can I organize paid rides or events via Cyql?
Yes, Cyql offers a ticketing feature that allows you to organize paid rides or other cycling-related events. Create & sell tickets directly via Cyql. As an organizer, you can scan QR-code tickets directly from the Cyql mobile app.
